Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :((
Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy
Would stay again but choose my time

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per quattro giorni e fin dal primo giorno il servizio ha superato le aspettative. Ottimi vantaggi. Una camera arredata piuttosto bene, ma non troppo, bel soggiorno, colazione lussuosa. Anche i corridoi dei piani sono dotati di aria condizionata automatica e di luci che si attivano non appena rilevano un movimento, cosa che mi ha dato l'impressione di quanto tengano a essere sempre un passo avanti. Piscina riscaldata a 10 euro e personale disponibile ad aiutare (dalle ragazze e il ragazzo alla reception ai dipendenti degli altri posti in piscina, al buffet della colazione, alle cameriere); qualsiasi piccolo problema si presentasse avevano l'intenzione di risolverlo immediatamente. Quando avevamo bisogno di qualcosa in più (come una coperta o un pacchetto di fazzoletti) ce lo fornivano immediatamente, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, a differenza di altre parti d'Italia. La cosa più importante è che, rispetto a molti italiani, hanno capito che non conoscevamo bene la lingua italiana e sono stati così gentili da comunicare in inglese, il che ha reso più semplice il nostro soggiorno. La filosofia dell'hotel e il comportamento dei dipendenti lo distinguono dagli altri posti che ho visitato durante il mio soggiorno. L'impressione generale che ha lasciato è stata eccellente e, nonostante il prezzo dell'alloggio possa essere elevato, se qualcuno ha la possibilità di donare la cifra adeguata, dovrebbe farlo. Lo consiglio!!
